1. The service

QuickQ VPN provides encrypted network transport and server access so you can get a steadier connection across different networks. We provide the tool; we are not responsible for third-party content you reach through it.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a guardian's consent
• Register with a working email address so you receive billing and security notices
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity resulting from their disclosure
• An account is for one person or one organisation and may not be resold, rented or shared publicly

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful purposes including browsing, work collaboration, study, gaming, streaming and cross-border business. You may not use it to:

• Carry out activity unlawful where you are or where the server is located
• Send spam, scrape at scale, or scan, intrude on or deny service to other systems
• Distribute malware or run phishing or fraud schemes
• Infringe intellectual property, or distribute child sexual exploitation material or other illegal content
• Circumvent device limits or resell our bandwidth by technical means

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without prior notice, and we reserve the right to report unlawful activity.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

• Subscriptions begin as soon as payment succeeds and are billed for the chosen period
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period as the current plan
• You may switch off auto-renewal at any time; the paid period remains usable until it ends
• Price changes are announced in advance and never affect a period you already paid for

5. Free trial and refunds

New users may request a 3-day free trial with no charge during the trial. Annual and two-year plans are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase; monthly plans are not refundable, but auto-renewal can be switched off at any time. Refund requests are declined where an account has been abused or terminated. Refunds are returned through the original payment channel, and arrival time depends on the processor.

6. Availability

We target 99.95% monthly route uptime and schedule necessary maintenance windows. Individual servers may become temporarily unavailable because of local networks, datacentre issues or regulation, in which case the app switches to another available server. Interruptions caused by events outside our control — including backbone failures, natural disasters and third-party outages — are not treated as a breach.

7. Intellectual property

The app, website content, trademarks and documentation belong to us or the respective rights holders. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service under these terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute or remove rights notices without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and in any event our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account centre. We may terminate service if you materially breach these terms, on suspected payment fraud, or where legally required. Except in cases of abuse, we refund the unused portion of your term on a pro-rata basis.

10. Changes and disputes

Updated terms are published on this page with a revised date, and material changes are announced in advance by email or in-app notice. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion; failing that, it will be submitted to a competent body at our principal place of business.
