Install and first run
Installation steps
Get the right build
Use the buttons above. If your browser warns about an unknown source, confirm the download domain is quickqgrid.com.
Install
On Windows run the exe and follow the prompts; on macOS drag the app into Applications; on Android allow installation and open the apk.
Sign in and connect
Log in with your registered email and press the connect button — QuickQ picks the lowest-latency server for you.
Download and install questions
The download is slow. What can I do?
Pause other downloads and try a different network, for example switching from public Wi-Fi to mobile data. If it is still slow, contact support for a mirror link.
macOS says the developer cannot be verified
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. On Windows, select More info → Run anyway in the SmartScreen dialog.
Do I need to uninstall the old version?
No. The installer upgrades in place and keeps your account and preferences.
