Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information QuickQ VPN ("we") collects when you visit www.quickqgrid.com or use the QuickQ app, how we use it and how you can manage it. We have tried to keep the language plain; if anything is unclear, please contact us.

1. What we do not collect
To honour our no-logs policy we do not record:
- The sites, URLs or page content you visit
- DNS queries
- Connection start and end timestamps or session duration detail
- Any mapping between your assigned exit IP and destination addresses
- The contents of files, messages or forms you transmit
2. What we do collect
To provide and maintain the service we collect the following minimum information:
- Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
- Subscription and payment data: plan type, order number and payment status. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processors; we neither see nor store them.
- Device and version data: operating system type and app version, used to deliver the right update and diagnose compatibility issues.
- Aggregate operational metrics: per-server totals such as bandwidth and concurrent sessions, with no personal identifiers, used for capacity planning.
- What you send us: the description and diagnostic code you provide when contacting support.
3. How we use information
- To create and maintain your account and process subscriptions and renewals
- To provide technical support and troubleshoot connection issues
- To monitor availability and plan server capacity
- To prevent abuse such as automated bulk signups and fraudulent payments
- With your consent, to send product updates and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time
4. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. After you close it we delete account data within 30 days, while billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules. Support conversations are kept for 12 months. Aggregate metrics contain no personal identifiers and may be retained indefinitely.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary: with payment processors to complete transactions; with processors that provide email delivery and support tooling, bound by contract to act only on our instructions; and with authorities where a request is legally required and verified as valid — because we do not keep browsing or connection logs, such requests generally cannot be satisfied with that kind of data.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website uses a small amount of necessary local storage to remember your language choice and sign-in state. We do not run third-party advertising trackers here. You may clear this data in your browser, though you will need to choose your language and sign in again.

Submit a request through in-app support or the footer email address and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use TLS 1.3 in transit, store passwords as salted hashes, grant internal access on a least-privilege basis with audit records, and boot servers from read-only images so local state is cleared on restart. No system can promise absolute security, but we review and patch continuously.
9. Minors
The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. If we find an account was created by a minor, we delete the account and associated data once verified.
10. Changes and contact
Updates are published on this page with a revised date at the top, and material changes are announced in advance by email or in-app notice. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@quickqgrid.com.
